Installation art  is a term generally used to describe artwork located in a three-dimensional interior space as the word " install " means putting something inside of something else.  A three-dimensional artwork meas to transform a viewer's experience of an interior space, through a combination of mediums, interactivity, and immersive elements. On the other hand, assemblage is a  three-dimensional work of art made from combinations of materials including found objects or non-traditional art materials.
